Coalisland Young Stars...2
The club's U13s won the Mid-Ulster Youth League Cup, defeating Mountjoy Juniors 2-1 in a pulsating match at the Lurgan Town Arena.
Coalisland started the game well and had a few shots saved by the Juniors' goalkeeper in the opening minutes.
Liam Corr hit a shot that the goalkeeper nearly dropped on seven minutes, while Mark Duffin had another shot that went just wide three minutes later.
The Young Stars found themselves a goal down after a half in which they deserved to be leading.
The team came out for the second half in a determined mood.
Midway through the second half the ball dropped to Shea Hamilton who hit an unstoppable left foot shot into the top corner of the net and force extra time.
During the first period of extra time, fresh legs were needed and Conor Talbot and Ben Cullen replaced Michael Fullen and Tiarnan Lavery.
The Young Stars made the breakthrough at the end of the first period of extra time when Ben Cullen stooped down to nod a corner from Rian Nelis from seven yards out.
The game finished 2-1, with Mountjoy unable to create any chances to trouble the goalkeeper. Wild celebrations followed with supporters, coaches and back-room staff flooding the pitch to congratulate the team.
This team has improved throughout the year. They have now beaten the league leaders and second place team over the space of three weeks. The whole panel played their part in this historic win.
Man of the match went to Liam Corr, who put in a tireless display.
